Impact driver (drill)
Table saw
Chop saw (mitre saw) or skill saw
5 foot level
Carpenter's pencil
Measuring tape
Sander
Staple hammer
Staples

Materials (for both boxes):

28 10 foot 1×6 inch cedar tongue and groove boards
4 2x4x8 inch cedar boards for the framing
2 8ft 4×4
2 8ft 2×4
Exterior rated ACQ screws
3ft roll of house wrap or landscape cloth
2 cubic yards of soil
2 quarts exterior wood oil finish
half inch staples
