We made a swinging lounge for our patio out of an old satellite dish! This is the most comfortable porch swing I have been in and it was made by upcycling old junk which is great considering how expensive lumber is right now. This old satellite dish is made out of mostly perforated aluminum and a little bit of galvanized sheet metal. I reinforced it with steel flat bar and threw in some outdoor lounge chair cushions. We used Krylon Fusion All-In-One to spray paint both the steel and aluminum parts and I really appreciated that this spray paint doesn’t need a primer and has 5x greater adhesion. This is the 3rd video in our patio makeover series sponsored by Krylon.
