PROBLEM SOLVED!! In this video, John Young shares how to fix your 80V Kobalt snow thrower with the skid plates that were missing on many of the early shipped units.

You will need a 10 MM wrench (not a 3/8″) and installation takes only a few minutes. Be sure to put the skid plates INSIDE the unit instead of trying to mount on the outside of the housing.
