The Stanley 62 SweetHeart Jack Plane is an updated version of their 1920s low angle jack plane design. The base is made from ductile cast iron. The frog and base are cast as one piece and it uses a Norris type adjuster. The 2 inch blade is A2 tool steel. The handle and knob are hardwood. The lever and screws are brass.
